before thursday, i initially planned for my long weekend to be a pretty dull one; play my facebook apps, prepare my examination notes.
suddenly!
#1 thursday before off-ing work, we decided to go to this getit fair @ expo. thus, impromptu, met up with my 3 colleagues to seeseelooklook on friday afternoon. been standing, walking the whole day until we went to tampines for dinner, thats when i only got to rest myself. nice day out! (:
#2 (alrights, this is not an impromptu event) promised my mum to accompany her to this ihavenoideawho's concert @ marina bay sands this evening. =/
#3 mum called in the evening asking if i wanna join the boys to the zoo this sunday, thinking since i had been thinking of going since last year, why not? hahaha. ;D
so suddenly, everyday's pack with something going on. coming tuesday, there's another buffet dinner with colleagues. xDD
i love such momentum of life. it makes everything look almost flawless. (:
then slowly, i gonna sink myself into notes of misery. actually i have many things on hand that i have to do, or get.. oh crap, i seriously need more time for every of them! grant meeeee....
alrights, off to bed, wake up earlier to plan my schedule ahead for the month.
hais. it turned out, this was a pretty bad birthday i ever had. i was feeling real bad to him & him. and felt totally 里外不是人. although everything was resolved on the surface. but i believed there's still an aftermath. i don't know how things was progressing yet, since i decided to leave and hear nothing else, involve for not another single milisecond.
sometimes i questioned how i tend to look at stuff, how do i resolve stuff.

sometimes. i dread involving with personnel-issues, for i know i suck at it. that today, some finally got to know i couldn't take it any longer. i guess this week i gonna be so emotional.
i sulked, i frowned more than i smile today.

july is a financially-looking forward month, but not a school-looking forward month, for that meant, exam is so-round-the-corner. lol. i know i just started my school, but it's all down to 3 weeks to mid term test and 7 weeks to exam! horrifying to count this way.
so far. i realised, i made a great timely-choice to study at this point of time. reason. i realised i can't really study like i did back in poly, and my time management is getting real bad, i can't juggle with my everyday tasks. can't imagine. if i were to embark on such mutilroles in later years. haiz, having used to 2 full days of weekend spent with shopping or slacking at home with FB these 2.5 years, i really need more time to get adapted, but if i dilly dally, i'm screwed. :s

back to how i spent the weekend.
one fine saturday that both hanni&i went for a date. aha. so we went for dim sum ala-carte, and we spent 10bucks each, filling, and they were all prawns, so love. :D i was so muddle-headed that i forgot to bring along my print out for my redemption of breeks' card, luckily i have my phone, teehee!
so we train-ed to city hall, window-shopped from marina sq, to finding the new expansion (having to walk to millenia walk, thinking that was the place, obviously not, my bad, haaa!) but, at millenia walk, we saw pierre png & belinda lee. whoa. very chio and yandao pls. xDD so we snapped photos. bwhaha. walked back to suntec, and realised the expansion is actually along which you will pass by when you walked from suntec to city hall. ohcrap. bleh.
finally gotten something from newlook. and so window-shopped. (i was thinking whether to get a netbook or notebook, but if i get the latter, i believe my brother will scream at me. woops)
dined at breeks since we just redeemed our card with the vouchers. which eventually something pretty hilarious happened. kay. i admitted that we took a little longer than usual to place our orders, but somehow the waiter who took our orders, for i don't know what reason, actually apologised for assuming we came in for ice water (??? beats me.. i can't figure that out you know), i was really puzzled, with a puzzled-face. (erm okay, so later we realised, there's actually such people who came in for ice water, for as long as we were there, they came in earlier fyi, they didn't had anything? ohwow) but, i thought, you don't have to admit? lol. funny.
afterwhich we walked to raffles city shopping centre, and saw a few opposite stg foodmates, wow, they hadn't change a tiny bit. bwhaha! oh well, time flies huh. (:
having walked around almost 9 hours, we decided to go back and rest!

that explains why i am still awake now, at 1am to finishing recapping previous lectures and prepare coming pre-lab quiz.. shackssss. time to go to bed.
this week, tues, wed & thurs for lessons & lab sessions.
i actually felt like a primary school kid, sorta anticipating school the night before.
but because of sudden increase in workload(and i had been all the while having this sort of depression at work), i got kind of worried at the same time too.
hopefully i won't struggle with both of them badly for the coming days.
anyway. this unit has a total of approx. 90+ students in the class. and my first unit was sorta biotech cum chemistry basic. remember those electrons, neutrons, protons? (sadly, i returned them back, for they were secondary 3 chemistry!! shacks.) and then, macromolecules; remember those, lipids, fatty acids, proteins, nucleotides, etc? (at least that hadn't really faded off from my memory, since they were taught during poly yr 2). soon it will be RNA/DNA.. first few lessons will still be on recapping on those basics, which im so glad they are not covered during final exam. phew. oh. i forgot to say this. my exam, my quiz are totally MCQ. screwed. (instead of going hurray, i totally sulk when i heard that confirmation) at least if short/long questions, there's still more than 50% of probability getting a mark by crapping. MCQ, if it's a wrong option, then 0marks. and i always suck at mcq for dunno what reason. for mcq, the coverage can be so unpredictable. this meant i have to understand them like a storybook, and not reproduce them into another edition of a story book. scary.
but i gotta say, it's good to have companion. actually looking around the class, most comes in pairs or trios, or they are already in a clique from previous cohort.
first lesson, like i said, was a recap of the basic. abit gong gong. and coming monday's lecture is delayed for one hour, instead of starting at 7, it's gonna start at 8.
after class, we went to town to kickstart gss spree. but with care. lol. cause i realised. there might be chances that it's only till next weekend that i can get my pay banked in. (ohno). so the whole day of shopping, trying, walking, i only bought from cotton on. haha. and dined at this italian restaurant, with no gst charged. pretty cool. (:

so i actually have one more weekend to sleep, work, play.. (but i'm already exceeding my expenditure for the month ): otherwise i could have go on a shopping spree with GSS starting 28 Apr!) with timetable out tomorrow 5pm. let's hope it can be a good start (by not having a packed schedule. crosses fingers!)
hao ba. i can't imagine how's this week of work's like. i'll know tomorrow, ha. but i bet tomorrow i'm gonna be having monday blues..
secondday of longweekend ended. one more day and it's back to the 5dulldays of workworkwork.
met up with justine in the afternoon; whereby we intended to catch a movie, but the timeslots available were pretty late. i was thinking of watching when in rome. butthen we decided. let's head to town! btw. met someone familiar there, and was wilson, who looked quite surprised (actually we were too) @ forever21. how sweet! he was helping his girlfriend to seeseelooklook at tops!
backtotopic. so we window-shopped, and looking around to get birthday gift for my colleague. finally managed to get something, otherwise i still have to wander to tampines. phew. & we had bread for dinner. her recommendation; bread society. cranberry cream cheese bread. its indeed yummilicious!

One fine Saturday..... [Well, it was a forgetful Saturday for me.. it's the Nth time I forgot to bring phone to work within half a year, & that morning, I forgot to bring ipod too but managed to remember and walked back home to take but not the phone, -___- and so on.....]

Chinese New Year [MacR, Missie's House, Sentosa]
Well, this year's newyr was slightly different as my previous ones.
Why; I was totally out for the whole 3 days, and woke way before 8.30am everyday too.
That's why when I was back to work on Wednesday, I felt so dead... & it continued till today, oops..

But, Charmaine had left for Melbourne last night, wondered how she's doing over there now though, hope she could get her net set up soon!
Today, was the first day of work for the year of Tiger. Let's hope work gonna be smooth, and of course, I could balance out work & studies too. I've gotten the letter, but wasn't very sure if I gonna start this april or may.

This was my one&only overseas trip I had for 2009!
Somehow, 2009, 过的很快....
This time round, there were;
Me, Apple, Hanni &Desmond
from 29-31st December 2009
Spent the last weekend packing my luggage, since my wardrobe was opened;
so of course, took a reflection shot! :D
The next morning; I woke around 4.50am, bathe, and use the computer for a while.
Hoping to meet up with Apple at 6.45am @ Dhoby, who flyed me aeroplane...
So I tried to find my way to the meeting place @ Hotel Grand Central;
Which I atcually walked to Parkmall. O.O" Almost lost my way.....
So after getting our bus information @ the travel agency, we waited for the bus & of couse Apple
who hadn't reach even till... 7.30am... Our meeting time was 7.30am!!
Ooo-Kay, finally Apple reached, and we were so shocked!
She only brought a crumpler leh!
Lol... Comparing to mine.... 小屋见大屋...

We started card games, crapping and etc...
Where we got to stop by for custom;
I know all these photos looked weird..

Surprisingly, this time they provided us meals.
My previous 2 experiences, we didn't have such benefits... O:

Wa piang... Finally after almost 9 hours, we reached our hotel.
We actually reached KL @ like 1plus,
but somehow, we went merry go rounds (like really ROUNDS)
and after 3 hours........ we got to the hotel...
Of course, quickly chop chop, threw everytime and START SHOPPING!
Time Square is someplace we can never miss it...

Looking at Cosmo, I can still remember the freaking scary experience..
Due to the time, we could only shop for a while, and had to settle for dinner..

Somewhere, we had been anticipating....

I thought the SCREAM-Park, wasn't that "bad" for me..
Especially when there's a group of us together.. Lol..
I seriously didn't dare to even look with my body standing straight.
All the way, I was half-bending, grabbing Apple's hand like crazy,
while having Hanni to be holding on to me..
(Lol.. Even thou time after time, they had been assuring us that,
the "ghosts" won't even lay a finger on us..)
But I don't care, I only shouted, "不要靠近我!!!"
LOL. Erm... Somehow, the "ghosts" were supposed to scare the group of us,
ended up targeting just ME, that made me even crazy!!!
And at the freezer, I simply broke down, almost kneeling down.. ):

That explained why on the top left, I looked sooo tired..
From all those screamings and crying. LOL. BLEH!
Then was Apple' turn, who was pretty afraid of taking such rides.
But it was cool! (:

=/ freaked me out.
That were Bernard & KT's presents..
Lol...
We alighted at Dynasty, and cabbed back to Hanni's House for dinner.
Before going over to Kenny's House for the countdown..
We spent all the time playing card games!
Freaking crazy. Cause I lost money! And KT still OWED me money!
LOL.
Fun night thou, ((;
Then KT had to go off, so he drove the 3 of us back.
Since it was already 4plus, the three of us,
Hanni, Desmond & me, we actually talked in the room, till almost 6am.. O:
And we slept till 11plus..
Left Hanni's house at almost 2pm.
Gotten home, I uploaded the photos, and went to bed at 7pm. :S
Slept till this morning, 10am.

Erm, yah.. this is a long post. I assure you, this is the longest post of the year. ((((:

To sum up!
let's look back to my 2009 resolutions;
at least I saved more than I did for the previous 2008 year;decisive.. probably I wasn't as easily swayed like before? and I did decided to go for my studies this year;I managed to be not this stubborn, but THAT stubborn, ha!;afterall, 2009 gave me many lessons that I learnt to go for reality than fairy tales; for the last one, refer to my this year's resolution. ha!
2010;
#1. Be more career-minded. #2. Be very focus once I start my studying; that includes,
I shall not fall for anybody when I'm in school.
#3. Maintain my time well between career&studying.
#4. SPEND less, SAVE more.
#5. Only shop once per month, (gees).
#6. Control my temptation and cravings well, to prevent impulsive buyings.
#7. Constantly reminding myself; everything will be fine at the end, (:
#8. Take every obstacles and down-s as learning experience.
Yupp, I completed this entry. (: I just realised.... 27 more days, it's gonna be my external audit.... Wow..
